  "It was ok but it still needs alot of work , the showers and tiolets always dirty. We were intimidated by dogs all the time, I was even afraid to go to the bathroom"

  "We had a lovely Easter long weekend at Sleepy River. The sites were lovely and shady, and ablutions were clean. Kids had loads of fun up at the pool. We unfortunately had trashy neighbours who fought and swore at each other constantly which spoiled the otherwise perfect weekend. Unfortunately nothing the establishment could do about that though!"

  "The staff are very friendly, facilities are clean. There are alot of shade by the swimming pool and camping sites. It was nice that one could braai and relax at the river as well. The shop on the premises sell the very important items and more."

  "We took our kids for their first camping experience. I was a little worried that there might not be enough for them to do as only a pool and walking trails is advertised. Being winter, the pool was obviously not an option. We arrived to find a trampoline, jungle gym and jumping castles which the kids loved. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The kids loved their night at Sleepy River and are nagging us to go back!"

  "Great experience. Everyone who works there is very helpful, they came to check on us while putting our tent up and even leant us an extension cable. The ablution facilities were sparkling clean and look like they are cleaned several times a day. The area has a lof trees so it's nice and shady. There is also a market at the top in case you need any supplies. Otherwise quiet and peaceful - just what the doctor ordered for the weekend."

  "<p>Our stay at Magalies Sleepy River Caravan Park was just perfect. Plenty of shade to set-up camp, kids could cycle and swim to their hearts content.</p><p>This is definitely my way of relaxing, no crowds and the sound of birds tjirping in the trees. Although we were warned about monkeys, we did not have any problems.</p>"

  "Not a far drive to have a break that could have been in a different province. The owners are very polite and you can see they love having the campers there, nothing is too much of an effort for them. The kids had so much fun, fantastic camp sites. Definitely recommend this."

  "Dit was lekker, die badkamers is skoon en netjies, soms was daar nie toiletpapier nie maar dis nie die einde van die wereld nie.Staproete was nie wat ek verwag het nie.Kan bietjie meer aktiwieteite kry om te doen. Maar dit was die moeite werd. Wil ook dankie se vir die pan wat ons kon leen toe ons ons sin vergeet het, asook die buns wat ons gekry het."
