Situated on the very edge of the sea, in the heart of the quaint village of Hermanus, Apartment 10 @ 45 Marine Drive is a place where you can relax without a care in the world. The fully equipped, self-catering apartment enjoys spectacular panoramic sea views on the famous Champagne Kilometer.

The Apartment has three bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and is equipped with a TV with DStv. The lounge opens up onto a furnished balcony with lovely views and a braai areas. The Apartment is accessed with a lift and the unit is serviced for your comfort. Secure parking is also provided in lock-up garage.

The Apartment face Walker Bay which is renowned for its pristine beaches, cliff path walks and invigorating champagne air. For your convenience, the Apartment is within walking distance of the village centre with its shopping malls and various restaurants and curio shops. A variety of wine tasting routes are available and guests should visit the Hermanus Wine Village and cheese-making factories. Birkenhead Brewery is situated in Stanford which is a short and scenic drive away. Various activities from golfing to water sports can also be enjoyed in the area.

When staying at Apartment 10 @ 45 Marine Drive, guests will wake up to the call of seagulls and crashing waves and can watch the southern right whales play and frolic in the bay right beneath the balcony in whale season; it is seafront living at its very best.

"I am extremely disappointed by arriving at a facility where I found the windows filthy, the door leading to the balcony locked\broken (note that this is one of the reasons for hiring this specific unit), the light fitting at the braai not working, the blind on the kitchen door so filthy (looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months), no utensils to braai with, bedding old and washed out, the TV so small you have to look twice otherwise you miss it and the place in general just being dirty. This was an extremely disappointing weekend."

"We spent two nights at 45 Marine Drive and it was lovely. The unit is large and spacious and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The view, however, is the BEST and we saw many whales from both our bedroom and the lounge and verandah. We would recommend this unit to everyone."

"Hi, I booked 45 Marine Drive, for my 40th Birthday and Whale Festival.<br>The view is extraordinary, if you want to see whales, this is the place, Marine Drive. Would recommend it for certain, located perfectly to walk everywhere and explore Hermanus.<br>Unit 10 is part of Esplanades and not Windsor Hotel. They truly supply you with everything for a perfect family getaway. We could braai and walk downstairs to restaurants all around us. <br>Hermanus is the best and Marine Drive, I have already recommended to so many on Facebook.I cant say you must improve on anything. You truly had everything we needed."

"The view was excellent and the stay very enjoyable. The flat could do with a spring clean. The balcony and table on the balcony was very dirty. The kitchen blinds could do with a wash. Outside the kitchen door where the washing lines is wasn't cleaned in ages it seemed. If they could just step up with the housekeeping I will give them 5 stars."
