Hermanus lies in the heart of the beautiful Overberg region and offers visitors a wide variety of attractions, such as whale-watching, shark cage diving and birding. Or simply laze on one of the many beaches, including the Blue Flag Grotto Beach.

Between June and December, large numbers of Southern Right whales visit Walker Bay, and both adults and calves can be sighted from the many viewing points along the famous Hermanus cliff paths.
