The establishment is located in a prime position, enabling an effortless journey from the King Shaka International Airport, or to the beaches, malls, or the Umhlanga business district. 34 on Milkwood is the ideal choice whether youre a holiday maker, business traveller, honeymooner or even looking for an unplanned weekend away.
All our rooms are en-suite, we also have a family suite or a honeymoon suite. Sit back on our patio and enjoy the year round warmth of Durban weather, or take a dip in the pool and end off with a refreshing drink with a sea view. Spa treatments can also be arranged as part of our service.
To maximise comfort all our beds are queen-size extra lengths, and we offer a choice of a lighter continental breakfast or a full cooked English. We can also make special considerations for halaal and vegetarian guests. We believe in breakfast being the most important meal of the day and provide accordingly, it can be served either on the patio or in the breakfast room

29 August 2018"This has been one of the worst guest house experiences in a long time. No effort is made to make you comfortable and the noise levels during the night did not die down. Breakfast is an experience of neglect and the coffee is not drinkable. Patio furniture is threadbare. Would not recommend."

12 March 2018"I arrived on Thursday the 8th and was hasseled by the owner to provide the proof of payment. When showed to my room I noted the toilet seat was missing. The owner was informed and the staff told me they had told the owner before my arrival. The owner said she would attend to it. The cutlery for breakfast had old food stains on. The next evening, Friday 9th upon arrival at my room I noted the toilet seat was still not replaced. I was once again hasseled regarding the proof of payment. When I wanted to shower there was no hot water. I would actually like my money refunded as I could actually of slept under a bush."
