"Positives: Spacious house with an excellent location in Himeville and an enormous, securely enclosed yard for the dogs. We had a good stay and enjoyed exploring Himeville and Underberg. Stunning MTB trails in the area and a brilliant trip up Sani Pass. The house comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 4 large dogs. Negatives: Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of maintenance. No water from the hot water tap in the kitchen (was reported to the manageress - spent 6 nights here and no effort was made to sort it out), which meant we had to boil water in the kettle whenever we needed to do dishes. Kettle can't be filled to the top either, as it leaks water. Dishwater in the kitchen - not working either. Electric blankets on the beds were not working. Almost no pressure in the hot water tap in the main bathroom's bath. Gas heater in the lounge wasn't functional (gets freezing cold at night, so that was a problem). Outside gate jammed within the first 12 hours and had to be manually overridden. Such a pity, as the place is lovely and has loads of potential."
