  "Do you check accomodation before you advertize it? When we arrived at the cottage I could not believe that it was advertized on your site for R1,100- for 2 nights for 2 people. It is not in a good area of the town....,there are lots of unkemp bushes and untidy netting camped off an area where I think homeless people was making a fire? There was a lot of smoke coming from it. I definately would not recommend that any tourists stay there. We arrived at 6 oclock but after seeing what the place & area looked like from the outside we decided to rather find other accomodation. I only clicked on the one star rating to be able to submit the review. We did not enter the cottage so I cannot comment on any item which I rated as one star."

  "We had a nice stay at valley view, just needs a few improvements otherwise it was nice and cosy. Its in a quiet tranquil place with a lovely view of the mountains. <br />"

  "<div>Good day</div><div><br /></div><div>Unit 1 requires a major refurbishment throughout to let it be an enjoyable holiday accommodation venue.</div><div><br /></div><div>Over and above that the fridge was not working and the sleeper bed requires new foam.</div><div><br /></div><div>Because the units are joined noise levels were sometimes a problem for both units. </div><div><br /></div><div>But the view is really awesome.</div><div><br /></div><div>Hogsback is a majestically splendid and beautiful area to visit. We will most definitely be returning but not to Valley View.</div><div><br /></div><div>Unit 2 appears to be in a much better condition.</div><div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></div>"

  "Clean. Parking inadequate. Not enough warmth [even a few hot water bottles would help.] Staff very friendly and kind. Compared to accomodation elsewhere [OFS and KZN] rather pricey for what you are getting.<br />"

  "We were booked in Valley View but our booking was changed to Birch Grove because of "rain damage to the entrance road". Birch Grove did not even have a shower. A small bath is NOT what elderly persons want! On visiting Valley View the next day we found somebody else there - A CLEAR CASE OF DOUBLE BOOKING! In case of double booking one should get a better place, not worse."

  "The house is sub-standard. We did not enjoy our living arrangements. Kitchen not up to standard. The bathroom definitely luxurious. The house does not smell good."
