"Overall impressed. Rooms will comfortable and the kitchen stocked with stocked with essentials.. Staff friendly and pleasant. Only negative remark - on the first night we were disturbed by other guests making noise, they were playing loud music from the cars way past 11pm. We asked for them to keep quiet and were rudely told to close our windows. There after they walked around our accommodation loudly talking and chanting making us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We complained the following day about our experience and the guests were swiftly kicked out of the hotel. There after we loved our stay!"

"Chalet was spacious and neat, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant Perfect place to stay to spend time at the hole in the wall bay."

"Accommodation could be improved as could activities available. Accommodation is very basic and thus for the price is not real value for money. For kids there are 2 X boxes in the games room, which does not work. Table tennis is available but equipment, board, net is poor quality and thus ruins the enjoyment, especially if weather is not conducive to outdoor activities. Access to beach could be improved - very stony path with small thorns broken shells.Staff are very friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hole in the Wall very much. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and went out of their way to make one feel welcome and to make sure that our needs were met.The resort is a pleasure to look at and to be in and the surrounding areas breathtakingly beautiful. We hope to return there again."
