  "It was great - we had the entire lodge to ourself (16pax, in Hout Bay for a wedding). Our host, Alex, was very, very kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He was GREAT!The booking and payment process ahead of our arrival proved to be hugely frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming to resolve (still not sure why there was confusion on their side with the 'admin'), but from the minute we arrived, it was delightful!! Clean, neat and hugely accommodating! THANK YOU Alex!"

  "We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very good, spacious room and good views from it. Our hosts were very nice and helpful with lots of tips on what to do and see. We were 2 minutes walk from a fantastic stretch of beach with superb views of Hout Bay and the area. and great places around to eat in. We couldnt fault anything and wouldnt hesitate going back there"

  "We love very much Gerard and his wife, very friendly, and the accomodation : a very nice place, easy to find, easy for travelling in Simon's town, Capetown or the Winelands and Hout Bay is a very good place to stay. The Lodge is decorated with a very good taste and we enjoyed staying there!"
