This modern, funky holiday penthouse, set above an office, has been decorated by an interior designer to give that crisp and clean hotel feel. The penthouse is situated in Hout Bay, with spectacular sea views, and positioned opposite the beach. It is conveniently located just two minutes walk from Mariners Wharf and several other restaurants, a ten minute drive from Camps Bay, and seventeen minute drive to V&A Waterfront.

The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and there is a pull-out sleeper couch ideal for children under the age of 12 in the lounge area. Both are made up with crisp white cotton linen. The bathroom has a marble floor, a large shower, and an LED touch screen mirror. There is also another shared bathroom in the lobby.

The kitchenette has a glass drinks fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and a toaster. There is a large teak deck leading off the lounge that features a cold outside shower, and offers clear views of the yacht basin. The office area has Wi-Fi and a smart TV as well as a docking station for your music. Off-street parking is provided. The unit is serviced daily on weekdays.
