"From the moment we arrived till we left we were treated as VIP's. A very warm welcome from everyone. We got a fantastic room. View to the ocean. Clean as can be. Everything we needed was in the room. The bed was fantastic. Woke up without back pain which in my case is rare. Breakfast was very food with a wide variety of things."

"Will never advice any one to make use of the accomodation as the service is not up to scratch, room service poor, cant accomodate guests with food arrangments even found our cloths wet and smelling urine. BAD STAY."

"The hotel is nice but they treat the clients very bad.i found my clothes wet and smelling urine and had a brown stain on and the people working there didn't want to take responsibility for that and we stayed 2 days without hot water .They are not interest in their clients their breakfast is very limited.They should look into their communication methods and how they treat people."

"My wife, daughter and I spent 11 days in this awesome establishment between 22nd December 2013 and 2nd January 2014. We were treated as royalty from the moment we arrived. The decor is absolutely amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean and the service is impeccable. This establishment may have a 4 star rating, but we received and felt like we were in a 5 star. Staff were always friendly and courteous. The location is perfect for holidaying just 500m from the beach, and I would recommend it as a corporate venue. The wine cellar is amazing and the pools, bar and gym were perfect too. Highly recommendable and we are sure to return soon."

"What a lovely surprise! The hotel is fresh and trendy. The whole ambience was breath-taking. Neat and tidy. The breakfast was yummy and the staff on duty were very helpful and pleasant. I would go there again."
