"Fantastic from the moment you pull up into the driveway, a hidden Gem close to the shoreline of Mauritz Bay in Jacobs Baai, views to blow you away in the sheltered courtyard or at the breakfast table. Nature at its best on your doorstep just a hop, skip and a little jump away. Walks and easy trails to the five bays that will keep you enthralled. Sunsets around the Barbeque followed by the best fireplace to fall asleep too. Lucky enough to have seen the wildflowers at the perfect time of the year in a clean, safe and neat picturesque village setting. Thank you to Haleen and her Husband for the hospitality the lovely tokens delivered to Rosemary and the little souvenir on our departure all appreciated. All the best and will recommend your Apartment and little village to all we encounter. "We enjoyed a girl's family getaway at Far Away, it was superb! The accommodation is well kept and neat. Heleen was very helpful, offering assistance when we got lost on the road, advised on which restaurants to visit and even offered us a baby bath as we forgot to bring our own. At first glance, I thought that we were one of the first to visit as everything looks brand new. To my surprise, it seems to have been open for quite some time based on the reviews read on Safari! The only small complaint that I had, and it is small, was that the kitchens weren't fully equipped with knives and a proper chopping board."

"Ek en my vrou het lank uitgesien na ons vakansie by Jacobsbaai, maar nie geweet wat om te verwag nie. Dit het alle verwagtinge oortref. Ver Weg/Far Away is goed toegerus, baie netjies en skoon. Ongelooflike sonsondergange vanaf die balkon. Heleen en haar man is uitstekende gashere en ons sal beslis weer daar kom bly."
