  "The hotel stay was really nice. Only issue is that the hotel said they did not receive the money i paid through safarinow, I booked on the day. They thus charged me again and i ended up paying double. Im waiting for a refund from the hotel. Hopefully they receive the money from safarinow. Please be aware of this when booking through safarinow to stay on the same day, the venue may not receive their money in time."

  "We had a great time and the rooms are truly lovely.<div><br /></div><div>Booking the tickets through SafariNow and not directly City Lodge site seemed to be a problem, as the payment was made on-line Monday and when we arrived at City Lodge on Friday, the City Lodge staff did not have proof of payment yet. (Although I did print the proof of payment and took it with me).</div><div><br /></div><div>But other than that, we found the staff very helpful and friendly and would love to come back.</div>"

  "Due to the poor communication and the failure of the reservations and accounts department at CL ORT, we - the guests were made to feel horribly unwelcome, embarrassed and humiliated. Pearl - the supposed Front Office Coordinator, and apparently Duty Manager for the night in question IS the ice berg that will bring a potentially comfortable and enjoyable Titanic of a property to its watery grave, were it not your location, I believe with staff like her, you might as well just close your doors for business, she is unaccommodating, aggressive, arrogant and takes ZERO effort to even try and keep your company's reputation as a welcoming reputation afloat, what an embarrassment."

  "I spent a very pleasant evening at OR Tambo City Lodge. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was all I needed. The major plus factor is the easy access to the airport terminal."

  "We checked in very late (thanks to the Joburg storm) and everyone was very helpful. Nice hotel. But we booked with SafariNow last March and the hotel said they were still waiting for the money. Won't be using SafariNow again."
