"Your info is incorrect. There is no Restaurant or Bar!The swimming pool was not usable-10cms of water & a dead bird in it. 4 adults & 2 children had 1 dbl bed, bunkbeds & a 3/4 bed!! The other room had a corrugated iron roof with no ceiling in the heat of summer!!Luckily we found somewhere else & left 1st thing the next morning.Really not acceptable."
"It's hard to believe that a few days have passed since we enjoyed the peace and beauty of Langklip... But the passing of time is good because it means that our next visit is that much closer! We thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING about Langklip - the hospitality was incredible and we felt so at home. The surroundings are spectacular and definitely our cup of tea. Langklip is one of those places that we want to tell everyone about, but at the same time keep as a carefully guarded secret so that it doesn't become overcrowded and lose its charm. The farm atmosphere, from the good natured farm dogs who kept us company to the roosters crowing in the morning, was lovely. And the springbok, oryx and deer that were a permanent view were such a treat. Sharon, thank you so much for your generosity and willingness to share this amazing spot with us. We look forward to coming back! <br/>*******************************************************<br/>Establishment response:<br/><br/>Goodday Alex and Bronwyn and family<br/><br/>Thank you for the unexpected review and your most welcome vissit! It was so nice having such a great family on the game farm ....what lovely people and we were truly Blessed to have met you guys ... looking forward to seeing you again....<br/><br/>Thank you all !<br/>Regards Sharon"
"Since arrival until departure was one big TREAT! I felt and was treated as part of the family. The environment is to die for and the facilities top class. Sharon went out of her way in everything to make sure I had everything I need and she makes the BEST food in the world. I got to feed the wild animals this morning, what a treat! It was so nice, I didn't want to leave! I will definitely recommend this to anyone, especially a family with kids. Im going to plan a trip to take my own kids there. Thanks Sharon, you're an amazing business woman with so many talents! Keep it up."
"It took us a long time to find even after asking locals for the location as there was no signs on the entrance gate. We also had at least a 2 km drive over a very bad farm track to get to the accommodation once we found the gate."
"Alhoewel ons baie lekker gebly het en dit baie geniet het was dit Saterdag middag onsaglik warm met sinkdak. Was n lafenis toe eienaar spreiers op dak oopgedraai het. Mense was baie gasvry en hulpvaardig. Angesien geen Eskom krag sal ek graag n gas yskas in cottages wil sien. Bietjie ongerieflik sonder koel geriewe. Ook is daar geen wi-fi, tv en swembad. (slegs klein opslaan swembad by ketting winkel gekoop). Cottage was mooi skoon en netjies. Hierdie is eerder n gasteplaas en beslis nie n "Estate" nie.<br />"
"<p>The setting is good, but some improvements are necessary. The cottage I stayed in, was very basic (I don't know what the others are like) and need some upgrading, like roof insulation against the summer heat, more utensils for making food and supplying towels as standard. The breakfast on offer is very nice and good value for money. I could see you are still new in the accommodation industry. Go out and learn from established places. You can do good if you meet the expectations of current day holiday makers.</p><p>You also need to supply more info on the internet, like photos of the cottages and your location.</p><p>Derek from Knysna</p>"
