Pennington4u offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a quiet house in tranquil Pennington. The house is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and is a great location for the business guest, golfer or holidaymaker.

The Main House contains three bedrooms, an open-plan living area and a fully fitted kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances and all of the rooms feature ceiling fans, a bar fridge and a TV with selected DStv channels. There is a large, comfortable lounge and dining area with ceiling fans and the kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering. Sea views can be enjoyed from the lounge, dining and kitchen area.

In addition, there is also a Family Room that can be rented out separately, as it is on a lower level and has its own separate entrance. The Family Room can accommodate up to three guests and contains a double bed, a single bed, an shower en-suite, ceiling fan, a TV with selected DStv channels and a kitchenette. Typical bachelor pad.

Braai facilities are available in the front garden and the house is protected by a security system and armed response. Ample parking is also available. The house is pet friendly (only small dogs), if pre-arranged.

    "The accommodation was good and clean and everything we needed was available BUT the terrible sickening odour (stench) in the 3rd bedroom was extremely difficult to live with. i made the owners aware, but nothing was done. we could not use that room despite paying for it and although we kept the door closed, the smell permeated throughout the bottom end of the house.the owners were aware of it before our arrival as on monday morning at 8:00 when the domestic worker arrived, Ii brought it to her attention and she told me the small was there before we moved in.Not very pleasant"

    "I loved every moment of the stay. A few suggestions would be to keep steak knives and a bottle opener, and if you could keep one TV to have a USB port that would also be so lovely..."
