"Rooms are cold TV minute small with no news channels only sports. My shower was broken and NO hot water to shave in basin.. very annoying. Pool was out of function and looked very bad."

"The gueshouse is a secure and calming environment to relax in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were well stocked and kept clean. Generally the gueshouse was well situated close to many shopping centres which was a great help."
