"The receptionists were cold throughout our 3 day stay...hardly the welcome expected in the hospitality industry. No friendly smile or even a good morning (However these same 'ladies' showed a very different friendly attitude to the white guests). The only positive was the 2 drivers 'Shadreck and Alfred' the best guys in the world who treat all guests respectfully."

"Old room, old bedding, no heaters, no hot water, old box TV, could hear rooms next door on either side, noisy next to highway and airport, basically got out of there at first light to the airport which was a better bet. Not recommended."

"We were very disappointed with the room we were offered when we booked a deluxe room and the one we got didn't look anything like the picture on the website.The room didn't fit the description at all. This was more like the standard or budget option. The mattress was as hard as a rock Lady at reception couldn't find our booking even though I had been in contact with them a few times by email. She also didn't know that we had paid in full. It was great to have a shuttle to collect us from and take us back to the airport."

"Rooms are OK, location is indeed very convenient. However, the shuttle(included in the price) never showed up and we waited for 2 hours withkids, late at night at the airport for a driver who never came. We hadto pay extra taxi and did not get refund. <br />Also, if you forget something in the room, management does not help nor respond to your request for information."

"Clean and nice rooms, beautiful place! Friendly people and - I didnt believe it before: really just 5 minutes from the airport! Guests should notice that there is some noise of all the airplanes, but this is normal if you sleep close to an airport...Will come back soon!"
