"<p>The house has a beautifull view, and that's about it! Everything is in need of repair/replacement. The lawn is in need of new furniture and a proper deck. The house was very dusty and full of personal items which was weird. The alarm didn't work, and it didn't feel very safe as the main house was also empty. We were not greeted by the owner/agent and had to find our way around by ourselves. The bathroom in the main bedroom isn't very pleasant. The "jetty" is almost not reachable by vehicle. Luckily we had a 4X4, but we didn't go downthere because it just wasn't a pleasant place to be. Theres no lock up or undercover parking for the boat and the car, and it is very difficult to turn around. I love Kenton on Sea but Miller House will def not see me again. </p><p></p>"

"There is not a bad view from this house, so spoilt to see the river and the sea and gorgeous sunsets. The house itself does need some attention and lets down the experience. There is so much potential but its not quite being made the most of. Some small upgrades in the kitchen and living areas would go a long way."
