The Bell Lodge
The Bell Lodge offers comfortable accommodation ideal for couples, business travellers, looking for bed and breakfast accommodation. Over the peak season the entire main house can be booked as a self-catering holiday destination for families or groups.
The lodge comprises a main house with three en-suite bedrooms and a cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both the cottage and house are equipped for self-catering. The main house has a large living room with DStv and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The cottage is well equipped for self-catering with its own small kitchen.
The property has a spacious garden with braai facilities, and ample safe parking behind locked gates with remote control access and armed response.

09 April 2015"The place was rudely overpriced. It certainly deserves no stars. I have not even stayed in any backpacker anywhere in the world that was looking that shabby. Old stained carpets, old furniture, old blankets covering the old furniture. The worst was the dark and dingy double room that stank terribly of dampness. Not surprisingly the very ancient TV had no satellite, the kitchen did not have a sieve, you could not shower because the water came only out boiling hot or in cold drops. REALLY NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED. This place should not charge more thanthe cheapestbackpack establishment, certainly not those incredible high rates. Absolutely worst place I ever stayed in South Africa in 20 years (and we travel a lot!)."
