1 Longbridge, situated on the beautiful Kingswood Golf Estate with stunning views from all windows, is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf or exploring the beautiful Garden Route. The Garden Route, with George at its centre, is seen as the golfing mecca of South Africa, and Kingswood Security Golfing Estate is considered one of its treasures.

Kingswood borders on the George Golf Course as well as the famous links course, Fancourt. Altogether, nine golf courses are within a 35-minute scenic drive from the Estate, five of which are Championship courses. The Estate is only 10 minutes from the George Airport and is in close proximity to various other recreational venues, such as shopping malls and fantastic restaurants. Well-known beaches, towns and a variety of adventure activities will keep non-golfers entertained.
