  "We had a lovely stay at El Yolo, the staff are accommodating and friendly, always willing to help. The camping spot is beautiful with clean bathrooms located close to the camping spot. Our children had so much fun being able to run around, feed the animals, swim and explore in a safe environment. We will definitely be back to camp."

  "We had a lovely one night stay, was so peaceful and quiet. Helene the manageress was a fantastic hostess and provided us with a fantastic braai spread at a very reasonable cost too. Our timing was great as we were able to join the group bushman painting 4x4 trip, a wonderful experience!"

  "Had a one night stop over on my way home from Durban to Cape Town. The camp site was quite adequate and although there was a donkey for the hot water there was plenty of hot water which was lit by the staff The ablutions were very clean and again adequate and a pleasure to use. I was the only camper that night but enjoyed the serenity of the place round a camp fire with wood provided (thanks) Under beautiful poplar trees I did notice a few monkeys high up in the trees but fortunately they never bothered me.<div>If I had time I would liked to have done the 4x4 route on the farm</div>"

When a large storm rolled in our hosts Willem and Helene insisted we move from our camping spot and gave us refuge in a tastefully and well thought out, spacious room.   "Of the 10 places we stayed during our vacation in SA, this was definitely the best! We were a bit skeptic turning on to the gravel road from Klaarstroom, and even more when going through the gate onto the very bumpy road the last 4 km. But when we turned into EL YOLO OnE, we were met with smiles and warmth, and were sure this could only be a good stay. And it was! The rooms/houses are clean with nice interiors - the main house was warm, cosy and welcoming, the surroundings beautiful and wonderfully quiet. The best thing about EL YOLO OnE is definitely the host, Johan, who we just loved from the start! He went out of his way to make our stay perfect and gave us an evening we will never forget! This place is close to paradise on earth!"

  "Je moet wel een flinke omweg maken om daar te geraken maar het loont de moeite. We hebben spijt dat we maar voor een nacht hebben geboekt. In de prachtige natuur valt zeker nog meer te beleven. De stoere gastheer blijkt ook nog een goede kok te zijn It takes quite a while to get there but it is worth the effort. We were dissappointed that we only booked one night. The surroundings were beautiful, right in the middle of nature. Not only was the host a great one, but proved to be a good cook as well."

  "The weekend was incredible. It was as though the quiet wraps you in its arms. Not just good for the soul, but good for the heart. We will definitely be back. Die naweek was onbeskryflik. Dit is asof die stilte jou in sy arms toevou en jou vasgevang hou, nie net goed vir die siel nie, maar ook die hart. Ons het onvergeetlike herineringe opgebou en sal defnetief weer kom.
