Model House
Model House is situated on a farm in Kleinfontein, about 15 km from Brits. The farm offers self-catering and room only accommodation in four comfortably furnished suites.
The guest house offers the use of two communal lounge areas with TVs with DStv connectivity; a modern open-plan kitchen and a dining room. The large suites are comfortably furnished and we provide bedding. Each suite has tea and coffee-making facilities and some have kitchens equipped for self-catering. The suites either have an en-suite bathroom or share the large communal family bathroom in the house. Guest also have use of a built-in braai and can relax on the large patio.
The farm offers a large number of activities to keep guest entertained and the kids busy. The property has a swimming pool and tennis courts, and the farm has a large dam for fishing.
Trails boasts a floating bridge and have different routes for up to 50 km. It includes single and jeep track for beginners and intermediate to advance riders with great technical skills.
Guests have to bring along their mountain bikes to enjoy a great peaceful ride in awesome bushveld surroundings
Please note that main house can be rented out as a single unit, consisting of an en-suite queen-size bedroom, three twin bedrooms, a en-suite twin room, scullery, large modern open plan kitchen/dining/lounge opening onto a large patio with braai area. This unit can sleep 10 people - R 300 per person per night.

While there is only one room with a queen bed, we arrived at the house to find the singles had been rearranged to form double beds for us. The house was clean, functional, secure, very large and very well appointed. Mariaan was brilliant with her communication throughout the process. Tip: Bring coffee beans for the brilliant coffee machine! We will definitely be back."
