  "The place I lived at was below my expectation, together with the circumstances which relates to the administration of the accommodation.<br/><br/>We were pressed for time by the house owner to make the remainder of the payment. There was inconsistency in the amount of time he allowed for the second payment to be made. At first we were told that a week before the day we started with our accommodation would be in order and then later we were told it should be two weeks before the time. The house owner eventually expected the payment to be made before 28 November 2016 with regards to the accommodation which was due to start on 17 December 2016; that was 19 days before the accommodation would start. <br/><br/>There was also not clear indications with regards to the braai facilities; it was not stipulated what braai place was designated to which specific units inhabitants.<br/><br/>There were also issues with the Wi-Fi and the usage of the internet was therefore limited. Issues were also experienced with the TV as most of the DSTV channels could not be viewed. The basin of the kitchen also had a leak."

  "Well positioned and quiet. However a couple of things - Quite expensive at R 550 per night, having to take own bedding, towels etc. Not even toilet paper was provided. We could have been told that the hot water cylinder needed to be switched on."
