Serenity in Kleinmond is a beautiful A-framed holiday home located in the small coastal town of Kleinmond. It is situated on a stunning 2800 square metre semi-indigenous property. It has magnificent mountain and sea views and is in close proximity to beautiful walks and beaches.

It is a three bedroom house with two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom. The two bedrooms upstairs each contain a double bed with one featuring a balcony. The downstairs bedroom has three single beds and a TV. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs and one of the upstairs bedrooms has an attached bathroom.

The downstairs area is open-plan and includes a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge you will find a warm fireplace and a TV with DStv and a DVD player. Outside is a spacious green lawn with braai area and beautiful surroundings with a spectacular view of the mountain.

A mere three minute drive away is the famous harbor road where you will find great restaurants and wonderful, interesting shops. Other visiting sites are the nearby penguins at Bettys Bay and the whale watching and markets in Hermanus a close 20 minutes drive away. Also close is Harold Porter South Africa's National Botanical Gardens. Situated on a magnificent mountain it has 10 hectares of cultivated fynbos garden and a further 190 hectares of natural fynbos. Leopards are rare but have been sighted, as have the nocturnal porcupines and genets, whilst mongooses, otters, dassies and baboons are more frequently seen.
