Children are welcome .A generous main en-suite bedroom with King- size bed and direct access to the garden, *** a second bedroom with twin beds, two full bathrooms (Please note that due to severe water restriction ,all bath plugs have been removed) and*** a sleeper couch in the alcove set back from the lounge is ideal for kids mainly due to lack of privacy. *** The large,open-plan kitchen/ lounge and dining room lead into a secure garden with oregon pine furniture and a large trampoline.Sea views are limited . *** secure off-street parking for two small cars although parking on the verge is recommended during the day to maximise sea view and space.To add to all the basic comforts of a fully-equipped home, we offer basic Satellite TV, a music system and DVD player, washing machine (only for guests staying 4 nights or more due to ongoing water restrictions ) dish washer, coffee percolator , microwave oven, a stove and fridge. Bath towels and bed linen incl, but please bring beach towels .BALAU BEACH STUDIO (32m2) is located on the same property - a quaint and cosy nest for two easy-going travellers.No views but takes a minute to walk to the beach.This Studio is great for visitors needing a comfortable 'pitstop' with basic cooking and storage facilities. French doors lead from the double bedroom into a small courtyard area with a little breakfast table and barbecue facilities (No BBQ permitted on windy days ).Secure undercover parking. There is an open-plan lounge and kitchenette and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. Remember to pack lightly as cupboard space is limited! We provide linen, bath towels, DVD player, TV, ( Open View TV) .Secure off-street parking for car (not high clearance as it's under cover).
