  • "Dissapointed"

    03 May 2016

"We were disappointed that our bedding was not clean, it was obviously used by prior guests. Or room door could also not be locked from inside our room. As the house was shared by other guests it was not a comfortable feeling."

  • "Peaceful"

    23 August 2015

"We were a group of 9 stayed for 6 days.<div>To begin with, we checked in late @ 11 in the night. But Katrin was kind enough to greet us in that wee hours. She explained all the facilities and even offered free Wi-Fi. The lodge is rightly located from all the must visit places in Capetown. A big advantage is the Long Beach which is at walkable distance. We used to hangout there daily and peace of mind which we got is priceless.</div><div><br /></div><div>The sound of waves can be heard all the time which makes you feel you are close to nature.</div><div><br /></div>"

"Stayed here for a few days to get some surf and relaxation. And that is exactly what I got, minimal noise or people, nice big clean house turned into backpackers, great kitchen, and beautiful beach close by. Would recommend for those looking for some serenity."

  • "Wonderful!"

    27 October 2012

"Stayed in a double room for a few days. It was very spacious and clean. Wonderful experience on the whole. Close to the beach and easy access to practically anywhere in the Western cape. Staff is very friendly. The hostel and neighborhood were never too loud. Very inviting atmosphere."
