  "Beautiful property set on the slopes of the mountain. Five minute walk down to the bay. There is lovely green grass where you can sit and watch the sunset. Our host were wonderful. We will definitely go back."

  "We had such a relaxing time welcoming spring at the Milkwood Studio! It was beautiful, comfy and quiet - just what the doctor ordered after a busy couple of months. Stunning flowers welcomed us in the sunny, secluded courtyard, where we also had two "pre-braai-day" braais. One or two extra outside chairs would have made things even better and it would be good to maybe turn the shower temperature down a touch, but otherwise everything was perfect :)"

  "One gets very good value for money. All the utensils and related things are provided. The unit is very basic but has been prepared with great care for the guests.It is located in the central area of "Old" Kommetjie. A better dish washing up facility will be an improvement. We will use it again."

  "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milkwood Studio. Our host/hostess could not have been more helpful, in providing us with local recommendations and pointers. We felt very much at home. The accommodation was big enough for two people and the self-catering facilities were good. Milkwood studio is perfectly located up a quiet road within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely use them again when in the Kommetjie area."

  "We enjoyed our stay at Milkwood Studio. The place was homely, big enough for two people and the facilities were good. The bed was warm and very comfortable. If you are a person that is out a lot and likes to eat out, Milkwood is perfect. The self-catering is a basic self-catering. Also if you like a quiet and peaceful holiday, this is definitely the place. I found the cellphone data coverage very slow, but that is no fault of the owner of the establishment."

  "Went to Kommetjie for the Red Hill marathon and just required one nights stay. We arrived late due to only being able to leave after work, but received a warm welcome and quick introduction to the room and surrounds. Great restaurants around. Easy walking to beach. Good facilities. Will definitely visit again when in Kommetjie or surrounds."
