Palm Villa Cottage

Palm Villa Cottage is a gorgeous fully furnished self-catering cottage located on the beach of Kommetjie. The cottage is a minute walk from quaint village shops, restaurants, and a pub, and is ideal for a family of four. It is a casual stroll along the sweeping b ay to Slangkop Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in southern Africa. Whether winter or summer, you will be enthralled by the rich diversity of plant, animal and bird life in this region, with the ever present Atlantic Ocean calling you to share in her beauty.

The cottage comprises one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the bathroom contains a shower. There is a sleeper couch in the living area that can accommodate an additional two guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, an electric hob and a microwave. Full DStv is provided, and ADSL internet access is available. The living area leads through glass sliding doors to a small, sheltered private patio with braai facilities, and lovely ocean views. Off-street parking with remote access is provided. The cottage is cleaned, and linen and towels are changed weekly.

"Absolutely stunning cottage. It was clean and comfortable with nothinglacking . A personal touch with some added extras just rounded it off.<o:p></o:p>My family had a lovely time at this 'piece of heaven' for 6 days.Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail is fantastic .<o:p></o:p>Beautiful sunrises and sunsets , just sitting and watching the activityin front of the cottage , walks to the lighthouse and Long Beach nearby madefor a fantastic family break! "The location of the residence was ideal. A seaside view of the rock poolswhere the flamingos were seen gorging themselves each morning. Within easy walking distance of local amenities and the nearby Lighthouse. The view from the veranda had a fantastic view of the waves breaking on the rocks. The accommodation was very clean and to a very high standard of finish. Our hosts made our stay a very pleasant and relaxing experience and we did not want for anything. We were provided with everything we needed to help entertain and accommodate two young children who thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well.We would definitely stay there again."
