  "We had a pleasant stay. Very peaceful. The staff was very friendly and the suite was spacious and fairly well equipped. The only downside was that the window at the bath is useless. If its open everybody on the deck and lounge will be able to see you. Quite an upset as this was what made me want to come here in the first place."

  "Honeymoon suite could benefit well from a AC unit as windows doors can't be left open. Upon booking on internet it said the unit does have AC. John was very helpful thank you John. Pool had quite a lot of floating debris on it.Breakfast was good."

  "Bali suite 1 was very nice, except for spider webs and cockroaches in bathroom, as well as stained bath towels. The aircon was not cold. Excellent view of the dam and the pool deck was nice to relax on. However, the Jacuzzi was filthy and had to request for it to be cleaned. Expected at least a bar on the premises, and perhaps a restaurant.I don't think it should be 4 star and feel that I never got much for R775 per person per night. Unfortunately I won't be returning."

  "We really enjoyed ourselves at the Galagos lodge, place was very beautiful and neat. Had a heater so we did not even feel it was winter. Nice view of the mountain and the dam. Thanks to John who made our stay at Galagos as comfortable as possible. Next time we want to go to Harties we will definitely book at Galagos."

  "We really enjoyed our stay at Galagos Lodge. The room was outstanding with a glorious view. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, due entirely to ESKOM, the lodge was without electricity overnight. A small suggestion. The bathroom is enormous, but we found it very cold, any chance of a bathroom heater for the winter months. Thank you."

  "We had a wonderful time at Galagos. The rooms are very spacious and our little one even had room to play in. The food is also fantastic. Gas heaters and air-conditioners kept us nice and warm. Staff are very friendly and always helpful."
