It has FREE Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV with SKY NEWS and the DUTCH BVN NEWS as EXTRA TV channels. Secure parking on the premises, behind an electronic gate, is available.
The unit has a bar fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster & egg boiler but no other cooking facilities. It has a Queen size bed + a single bed in the room. There is a ceiling fan and an upright loose standing fan in the unit, as well as a loose standing heater.
Not located on the same premises as 22 Die Laan Self Catering, it is in Koch Street in Krigeville, and is within easy walking distance from all the restaurants, shops etc in central Stellenbosch.
It is very close to the 3 High Schools, Paul Roos Gymnasium, Bloemhof and Rhenish. It is also close to Primary Schools Eikestad and Rhenish, easily accessible to the R44 as well as 4 minutes drive from the Stellenbosch Medi-Clinic and Techno Park.
It is literally down the road from the new Stellenbosch Academy of Sport (SAS). The unit is serviced 1x/week. Minimum stay 3 nights.

03 January 2016"This establishment is advertised as a self catering unit, but has NO cooking facilities other than a microwave oven and an egg boiler. There are also no pots, pans or utensils....a gross misrepresentation of the facts and false advertising.<div><br /><div>As discussed with the owner who has subsequently apologised and undertaken to make some changes, I would never have made this reservation had I known the facts as I felt cheated and did not receive fair value for money.</div><div><br /></div><div>If you are looking for self catering that actually is self catering, look elsewhere and avoid 'the studio' in it's present format. </div></div>"
