"From the time we arrived we felt at home, the lodge managers were very welcoming and made our stay pleasant. "We had a very restful time at Mt Savannah, which is exactly why we went there. Breakfast at 9 was nice as there was no hurry in the morning. Johannes took us on a lovely drive through the reserve. The salad and starch provided each night for dinner was great - along with a wonderful grill on which to braai. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Plenty to do in the area, but we didn't leave the property - we just wanted to rest. A very nice weekend."
