"The BnB was being renovated, so we did not stay there."
"My reservation at Bonnie Highlands was moved to another B&B without anyone letting me know. I arrived at the venue on 21 June to an empty house. I phoned Barry on his cellphone, and he informed that he couldn't accommodate me anymore and that he had moved my booking to another guesthouse. He said that he didn't have any way to contact me because Safari Now did not provide him with my contact details. It was a very stressful and embarrassing situation for me. I won't use Safari Now for any future bookings."
