"I am deeply disappointed in this guesthouse. 1. of the 3 windows, only 1 had a curtain/blind or any form of covering. 2. The shower is riddled with mildew - yak 3. The bed was worn out, hollow in the middle 4. No airconditioning, the owner then said I should open the windows, but the window latch was broken so it would not stay open for long as the wind would blow it close. 5. You advertised and I booked a "Luxury Room". If that was luxuray I dont want to see the standard rooms. The owner said this is not their discription of the room but the work of Safari??? 6. This guesthouse is completely overpriced and should maby have 2 star rating at the most. I think your advertisement is misleading and doen't comply with the consumers act. 7. I was shocked to hear from the owner that they want to lift the grading to a 4 star - you will most definately have people throwing the consumers act at you."
