11 October 2016"We enjoyed our stay, down sidecis cleaning only happened once during our 5 day stay. Apartment is comfortable, the curtains needs a wash as they were dirty with stains and you cound stand near them while enjoying the sea view from the dinning area. They have a WIFI in the apartment but no password given and concierge dont respond to sms. We called Saturday after to confirm checkout time for 08h30 and when the time no one showed up until we called back at 9h00 just to be told to leave the key with security which we could have done so at 08h00 as we had a long drive back to JHB. service needs to be improved,"
