3 on Elf

Home in a bed of wild flowers, this fantastic property is situated mere minutes away from the Langebaan Mashie Course, the Langebaan lagoon and the famous West Coast National Park.

A picturesque location, the house consists of four bedrooms, an open-plan living area with an enclosed braai and a 'stoep' area. Here beautiful lagoon views make this the ideal setting for summer sundowners enjoyed with friends or family.

Rooms can be rented separately in the instance of a fewer number of travellers. There are four en-suite bedrooms, of which one has a double bed, two have queen-size beds and one has two single beds. The house's kitchen and living room facilities would therefore become communal.

3 on Elf is a leisurely hour-long drive from Cape Town along the heart of the West Coast, and is primly positioned for golfers, a celebratory party or just some well-needed rest and relaxation.

    "We were very happy at 3 on Elf. It's beautifully furnished, has great sun - which is important in winter - and has everything you need. We visited with two little ones, and it's very nice for children with good space indoors and a nice neighbourhood for walks. Unfortunately it's not too close to the lagoon, but if you're happy to drive it's very quick and close to the main town area too.<div>Loved it. I want to go back with friends and family - because it has great space for lots of people.</div>"

    "<p>This is a great place to base yourself at Langebaan. The best feature is the 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. This makes it easy to have a diverse mix of people stay, and each have their privacy. We also loved the large living area downstairs and the back garden / living area, which is a great place to chill in the afternoons and evenings, when the wind comes up on the beach. The internal braai is also a great feature.</p><p></p>"

    "On Friday afternoon 5 people, 2 cars and a boat arrived at 3 on Elf and we were pleasantly surprised with what we found. Parking was ample and taken care of in no time. We were then given a guided tour of the home and amenities and then left to settle in. The house was fully equipped, as promised, and the only things that we were missing were those that we had neglected to bring from home. The indoor braai and bar were the highlights for us and were used more than once.<div><br /></div><div>All of the bedrooms upstairs lead out onto a large West-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunsets over the lagoon and mashee course.</div><div><br /></div><div>All in all a great weekend.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks 3 on Elf</div>"

    "The house had all the necessary things one needs when self catering. We had two rooms a double and a twin for the children there are another two rooms upstairs and downstairs seems to be two sleeper couches more for kids I would say. There is a darts board and a bar area as well as indoor braai so would be good for friends for a long weekend. There is a pool table that acts as the dining table but you are not allowed to use the pool table, I am sure if you asked the owner they may allow you to use it as it seems a waste just sat there. We certainly would go back again. Thank you"

    "What a lovely place to stay with a big group of friends or family. Humongous house with plenty of entertainment space, pretty garden overlooking the tranquil Mashie golf course. Fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen goods (particularly happy with the lovely wine glasses and knives which are a rare convenience in self catering houses)... Very comfortable large rooms and great service from the owners next door. Thank you"
