The outside braai area is on a veranda, sheltered from the elements. It is equipped with a built-in braai and a quality wooden table. The house has a large enclosed back garden with well-maintained lawn. The double garage is available for guests to use.Fairway caters for six people and is rented out on a self-catering basis.

The house is equipped with luxuries like dishwasher, two flat screen TVs, a DVD player, and hotel DStv bouquet. The house is also equipped with quality linen and towels.
