"I booked and paid for the R690 but on arrival I was only allocated a R550 room. I spoke to the receptionist guy and he was so not interested in assisting nor compensating for the difference. Disappointing!"

"First of all the room we received was not cleaned there was dust all over, we had to open the windows to get some fresh air running. The bed was not in standard for guest house making lots of noise if you turn, lastly I didn't get parking and I had to park outside and security guy told me I have to pay him extra for looking after my car. Above all it was one of the low standard guest house I ever had, if this is what Safari is having on their list I guest I will neverbook through them again. I thank you"

"Enjoyed my stay, I guess I didnt have much of a choice in Lebowakgomo.Few things that I was not impressed with: Mattress and pillow - they need to be changed.Dust on the cupboard - Needs to be cleaned. The reception area - needs to be cleaned and revamped to bring more excitement."
