"Thank you to Dwayne, Joe, William and the other farm staff for making us feel welcome and for looking after us so well. we enjoyed our stay."

  • "Quad biking"

"The caretaker (forgot his name) was a darling. He helped in every way he could and made sure all was well. He deserves to be acknowledged, because he made our stay pleasant. As for the manager/person in charge, I'm extremely disappointed, as they never bothered to come check up on us. Our first night there, electricity went off, nobody bothered to come explain or even apologise, which is sheer practice of bad service. You need to interact more with your guests. The cabin we had was perfect and clean, thanks to the lady who was there to clean up everyday. The place was breathtaking, and a really good place to get away from the busy life."

"The place looked exactly like it does on pics. The staff on site were attentive and professional. The downside is that there was very little animal sighting and there's only one relatively small swimming pool."

  • "Easter weekend 2016"

    28 March 2016

"Our stay at Kwalata was wonderful. Wonderful hospitality and service. Very affordable and even though it's a heaven for foreign tourist seeking the African adventure this is also for South African tourist seeking a week end break away. The gravel road from Vaalwater for 46km is a little bad but when you arrived at Kwalata it's worth the little "shake, rattle and roll" Jacob, Reynard and all the staff make your stay worthwhile and we will defnitely be back!"
