44 Sunset Avenue

44 Sunset Avenue is a five-bedroom, double-storey holiday rental house with uninterrupted sea views situated in Llandudno. All of the rooms, with the exception of one, lead onto the balcony which offers fantastic views of the ocean. Three bedrooms are situated upstairs; the main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and the second and third bedrooms contain a double bed and two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is also a large living room with TV, DStv and a telescope, as well as an eight-seater dining table.

The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are located downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-seater working table, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge. There is also a scullery with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. The fourth and fifth bedrooms, which are both located downstairs, both contain double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

44 Sunset Avenue also features a spacious lawn, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fixed and portable barbecue facilities, two secure-off street parking bays and three demarcated private street parking bays. The house is equipped with a secure alarm system, ADSL Internet connectivity and a domestic service that is available five times a week, excluding weekends and public holidays.
