50 Sunset Rocks

50 Sunset Rocks is situated in Llandudno and offers a comfortable stay in a fully furnished house.

The house consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with comfortable single, three-quarter and double beds. If required, the three-quarter and single bed can also be replaced with a double and bunk bed. Linen and bath towels are provided and one of the bathrooms has a bath only, while the other has a bath with an overhead shower.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a two-plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, toaster, tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy their meals at the six-seater dining table or relax in the comfortable lounge which is furnished with a comfortable double sleeper couch, a cosy fireplace and is equipped with a satellite TV; a DVD player is available on request. Internet access is available and the house is heated throughout.

The furnished veranda is equipped with portable barbecue facilities and offers lovely sea and mountain views from the extended wooden deck. Guests also have a saltwater swimming pool to cool off in. Single garage parking is available and the house is serviced once a week. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

50 Sunset Rocks is situated within 100 m of the beach and 10-minute walk will get you to the Blue Flag Llandudno and Sandy Bay Beach. A variety of restaurants and shopping centres can be found in Hout Bay, as well as various attractions that will keep the family entertained.
