Steensway Villa

Steensway Villa is a tastefully appointed, open-plan villa in the exquisite seaside village of Llandudno. This spacious villa provides privacy and spectacular views of both the beach and the surrounding mountains. It is north facing and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests.

The interior is well furnished and the design flows effortlessly from one room to the next. A vivid entertainment area leads from the living room though the large fold-away glass doors onto a wooden pool deck, where a dining and seating area enjoy a rim-flow pool. The view from the pool makes one feel that you are out at sea; an ideal setting to view many memorable sunsets.

The TV room has DStv with PVR, an HD television, a DVD-CD player and surround sound. The ADSL router is situated in the study and provides Wi-Fi access throughout the villa.

The four rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished and each provides a spectacular view of the beach and sea.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with great sea and beach views and is ideally suited not only for cooking but also for socialising.

The house is alarmed with an electric fence, outside beams and an inside alarm. Llandudno Beach is mere minutes away down the road, through a lush wooded area onto the white sands of the sheltered beach.
