Sunset Rocks Accommodation

Sunset Rocks Accommodation is a fully equipped, self-catering apartment located upstairs of a private home with views of the ocean and mountains.

The apartment has three small bedrooms, each with a double bed and two bathrooms. The one bathroom is en suite and the other has a shower only. Heating is provided throughout the apartment. Clean bath and beach towels and linen are provided once a week. Drying and ironing facilities as well as hairdryers are provided and a baby cot, a high chair, a portable toilet and a bath tub are available. The apartment also has a water purifier and international electrical adapters.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a two-plate stove with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery and recycling facilities. An umbrella, a fire extinguisher, binoculars, a portable gas stove, a torch and hurricane lamp as well as candles are also provided should it be needed. A prepaid electricity metre with an equivalent of R25 worth of electricity is provided per day. The unit has a dining area and guests can relax in the lounge which has a sleeper couch, a Satellite TV, a DVD player and ADSL Internet access is available. Children are welcome and facilities include various games, toys as well as books. Please note no smoking is allowed indoors. The rates are is dependent upon time of year, duration and number of persons staying.

The west-facing private balcony has an extended wooden deck with magnificent unrestricted sea, sunset and mountain views. Portable barbecue facilities and wooden patio chairs and loungers are provided and the secluded garden saltwater swimming pool is exclusively for guests. An inflatable portable pool for children is also available.

Guests have the use of one uncovered, secure off-street parking bay for a standard size car and additional cleaning, catering, car hire and babysitting can be arranged on request. 24-hour local security is available. Please note pets are not allowed.
