"If you think of the destination and not the journey, the gravel road counts for nothing. With the notices being constantly communicated by Phyll, an off-road car is a must.Good quality bedding, equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay and the outmost tranquility. What this place offers is an experience."
"Scenery, excellent service, beautiful accommodation"
"We spent 5 nights at Woodcliffe. What an enjoyable working farm experience. We were left alone to relax and go out and enjoy nature. We will be back. Thanks Ryan & Lauren."
"a lovely little cottage, situated in stunning surroundings.... ideal for hikers, trail runners, mountain bikers who want a bit of privacy and an ideal place to chill..."
"Lovely area, saw crowned cranes on the way here. Set in a valley between the lower Drakensberg mountains on a farm. Facilities are very nice, verging on the opulent. Two problems, flies outside and inside bugging you continuously, and a shower that is boiling hot or ice cold, no in between. Pity."
"Awesome, refreshing and unique. If you want something out of this world go that is the place to be"
"Woodcliffe was just perfect. We loved our stay there and thought it was a real gem. The house was clean, comfy beds and the view amazing. Thank you!"
"We loved the few days we spent at Woodcliffe Cottage. The scenery is breathtaking, the cycling amazing, the fishing fantastic. Definitively one of our best finds to date."
"Amazing scenery - the cottage is set away from the main farmstead and has beautiful views of the mountains. The cottage is not plush, but has all the necessities. A definite destination for nature lovers."
"For those who want an amazingly beautiful and peaceful holiday, surrounded by some of South Africas most awesome mountains, this is the place. We loved the hiking, and the cottage and fireplace were a treat at the end of a day on the hills. Would highly recommend this very special place. We will definitely be back."
"A most relaxing stayover in a very beautiful, serene scenery. The cottage has all the comforts one expects from an AA rated venue. The welcome by Phil was very friendly, one feels you are welcomed into a family."
