  "The staff makes a noise in the morning, they chat loud and are inconsiderate of other ppl. We booked there so that we can rest but we were waken up early by them."

  "<p>Our stay at Thatch Haven was very enjoyable. The room we stayed was excellent and well appointed. What made our stay even more memorable was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff as well as their eagerness to assist in any way possible. I would recommend Thatch Haven to anyone who is looking for accommodation in that area.</p><p>One important fact to note is that there is no breakfast available on weekends as they are generally busy with other functions i.e. Weddings.</p><p>Kit Muirhead</p>"

  "The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable but they said they would attend to that. The accommodation was advertised as a breakfast included so we were a bit disappointed to find out that that was not so."

  "Receptionist very friendly. Room very spacious. Bathroom needs maintenance - hot water tap comes off in ones hands and one wall panel heater doesn't work. Many dead ants all over. Convenient location, but parking area very small. We will make use of it again in future."
