  "Dstv supersports channels picture was very poor especial supersports 3 and the 2nd thing the cleaning staff they were very irritating check out was 10 but they left their cleaning staff ready to clean my wife was very irritated because it was not even 9 ,that was not cool at all."

  "The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we booked in. A big thank you to her for sorting out our issues. The cable to the TV in the room was broken. It was overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay."

  "The venue is primarily a self catering establishment, so don't expect great service from the bar or restaurant. Otherwise a great venue in fantastic surrounds with plenty to do. The chalets are clean, well maintained and equipped. A great get away venue."

  "The bathroom where always clean neat and tidy, with hot water all day and night. Security guards on patrol made us feel safe. Friendly and helpful staff. spacious camp stands. Budget restaurant. Ideal place to stay to any kind of activity or site seeing."

  "We had a really great time at the lodge. Our only recommendation for future travellers is that you refrain from booking the B and B (number 21 chalet) as it is right next to the pool and trampoline which got very very noisy. Otherwise, the area is scenic and the breakfast is fresh.<br/><br/>The lodge itself does not have activities but the Debegeni Falls, Magoebaskloof Dam andcTzaneen Nature reserve are within a 15km drive from the lodge."

  "Beautiful view! Great restaurant and food. Very friendly staff. Chalets need TLC, but we understand Magoebaskloof Ruskamp is under new management and there are already lots of improvement and renovations being done. We've really enjoyed our stay as well as the beautiful surroundings."

  "Not a establishment suitable for family with children.<br />Profile says .<span style="text-decoration: underline;">.Fully equipped Chalets</span> - The cleaner was asweetheart and was running up and down between the chalets trying tofind cutlery etc for us.Microwave did not work,the oven smoked terribly,the pot handles broke off, very outdated cutlery ,crockery you get (ifyou lucky to get any)<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Satellite TV</span>- we had to be moved from one chalet to anotherbecause the TV was not working and the TV in the second room was fuzzy.They only offer local SA TV channels<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Volley Ball </span>? We walked around the whole establishment and did not see this .<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Put Put Course </span>, apparently under renervations but looks like it has not been touched in years.<br /><br />Chess Game- right next to a rotten deck and the chess pieces are literally falling to pieces(Not safe for children)<br /><br />The road in the establishment is terrible , if you have a car and not a bakkie be prepared to be scraped at some point .<br /><br />As for quite time to enjoy the view not possible as Sat night we werelocked in our room due to the huge ladies party going on across the roadfrom us , screaming, singing until 1am when was beyond my point ofbeing acceptable I phoned the lodges cellphone number and complained .The security guard was sent to shut them down. In the morning the "partyladies" were very hostile towards us due to us having them shut down.<br /><br />A sign says trampoline towards the pool area , however you will be dissapointed with the hole in the ground .<br /><br />Pool area near the camping is very clean, however campers made you feel as if you were intruding on their space.<br /><br />The overall upkeep of the establishment is poor , it needs so much TLC.Ground staff make you feel very uneasy as they always asking to washyour car and carry things for you and just loittering around yourchalet.<br /><br />The lady that cleans was the only positive highlight of our stay , shekept the Chalet very clean and put a special touch of flowers from thegarden on our beds everyday.<br /><br />I would not recommend this Lodge to anyone .<br />It has alot of history and has been around for awhile however it has not been taken care of and is sadly neglected <br /><br />We travel alot as a family and stay in different places all the time andin my 19 years of travelling all over Africa this is the worst i haveever stayed in.<br /><br /><br /><br />"

  "Akommodasie is meer geskik vir 2 as vir 4. Die opslaanbed was baie ongemaklik. Dit is nie die prys werd nie. Sal nie Maklik Weer daar slaap nie. Ook het al die plate op die stoof nie gewerk nie. Plek kort aandag en n opsigter wat sy werk doen."

  "<div>We where very dissapointed in the place. The pictures on your website SafariNow are not what the place looks like.</div><div><br /></div><div>There are no maintenance in the place. The put-put is not looked after, there are leaves and branches on the play area. The grass around it is long. The deck at the chest bord is broken you cant stand there.</div><div><br /></div><div>There was a broken car at the gate of this place, they where busy fixing it right trere.</div><div><br /></div><div>We didnt feel save at all. Not even to leave our luggage there when we went out for dinner at another place. We took all our belongings with.</div><div><br /></div><div>The chalet is out dated. The staff was friendly but the lady who checked us in was on her cellphone every time we came in reception.</div><div><br /></div><div>We didnt stay the night there. We went for dinner at Magoebaskloof Hotel and decided to book a room there. We just went back Sunday morning to give in the key.</div><div><br /></div><div>When we got to reception there was no one to give the key to. There was a man behind us he looked like he was working in the garden and he took the key from us. They had loadshedding, and if we stayed there the night we would not have know that there would be loadshedding as no one told us this when we checked in.</div><div><br /></div><div>I didn ask my money back, I didnt feel like an argument. But I had to pay dubble at another place because of false photos.</div><div><br /></div><div>I wont go back to this place ever again.</div><div><br /></div><div>I would recommend you take this place of your website.   "Not too bad for the price. Needs a lot of TLC. Fans not working in the rooms, kitchen cupboard doors needs to be replaced. Lots of rubbish lying around where everybody can see it. Overall 3/5!"
