"Good clean facility and good value for money. Rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable. Staff are super-friendly! They even hosed our car down in the morning after a muddy drive the night before - which was welcome nice surprise."

"<p>My stay at this venue was very disappointing,</p><p>I booked and paid in full for a family unit in the hotel. Confirmation of this booking was received from the hotel.</p><p>On arrival I was told that the booking didn't exist and that we had only one room booked under my name and not a family unit.</p><p>We were moved to two separate rooms. On Sunday our room wasn't serviced an on enquiry we were asked why we were not in the family unit that we had originally booked? The previous day we were told that it is not available - there was a wedding. </p><p>I am convinced that they gave our unit to the wedding and lied to us about our booking as I had confirmation of this booking.</p><p>The service manager wanted to move us to the family unit on the Sunday night, but this was frankly too little too late.</p><p>I will never stay with them again as I feel that they are dishonest.</p><p></p><p></p>"

"The accommodation was comfortable but<div>1) The information that is advertised regarding the Luxury rooms is misleading, it shows that the rooms have air conditioning & a bar fridge which is not true.</div><div>2) The service at reception is poor. I dislocated my hip & asked for help but all that was offered was that they would phone for a ambulance because there was no doctor available, After declining this my wife asked for assistance to help her get me to my vehicle they said nobody was available and we had to ask a guest to help us get me to my vehicle.</div><div>I drove all the way to Tzaneen Medi Clinic with a dislocated hip where the friendly medical staff assisted me.</div><div>On my return back to the hotel nobody showed any concern at all at what had happened to me.</div><div></div>"

"A very pleasant and well-kept hotel. The surroundings and views are very nice and relaxing, and the staff are helpful and attentive to your needs and requests. It is a good location from which to explore the nearby areas. I would definitely use this hotel again if visiting the area."
