22 Waterbessie is a four-bedroom self-catering house located in Louis Trichardt, or Makhado as the town is now known. Makhado is an ideal stopover location for guests travelling to and from the Kruger National Park and the N1 national road runs right through the town.The house is ideally designed for a group of 6 or 8 people sharing, it's the perfect house for entertaining/hosting people.The house comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet, and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains twin single beds. These three rooms share a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms.The comfortable lounge area includes a TV with DStv and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, microwave, fridge and cutlery. The house is gated and protected by alarm system, and braai facilities are also provided.The Ben Lavin Nature Reserve, which is fairly close to Louis Trichardt, offers some archaeological sites, mammals, birds and wonderful trees, mountain biking, hiking and game drives. Other places of interest in and around the area include Lake Fundudzi, Langjan Nature Reserve, Louis Trichardt Golf Course, Mapungubwe National Park and Soutpansberg Conservancy.
