Lokovhela Mountain Cottage

Lokovhela Mountain Cottage is situated in the Soutpansberg Mountains on the Morning Sun Nature Reserve which is a Natural Heritage Site. There are crystal clear mountain streams, waterfalls, indigenous forests and spectacular scenery.
Warm days allow for walking and picnics or just to relax in the tranquility of the lodge next to our swimming pool. During the cooler evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.
The cottages are ideally situated to explore the area as the northern Kruger National Park, the Mapungubwe World Heritage Site and Venda which is full of scared sites. A full Venda cultural or Venda arts and crafts tour can be booked. Morning Sun Nature Reserve also offers a variety of guided walking trails, one which takes you to the big waterfall passing the sacred Mashovhela Rock Pool. Also on offer is scenic drives up the Soutpansberg Mountains.
