Sonnestrale House

Sonnestrale House is situated in the pretty and popular Manaba Beach, just north of Margate. This double-storey house offers ample accommodation with lovely sea views. This self-catering house is situated only 20 m from the beach.

The house is has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with an open-plan lounge and dining room. The living room area sports a service hatch to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a DStv decoder, but guests need to bring their own smart card. The upstairs balcony area has a built-in braai with sea views. The house also has two lock-up garages.

Manaba Beach is the perfect spot to swim, sunbathe, fish, kitesurf, paddle, canoe, windsurf, birdwatch, play a round or two of golf, and even sight the odd whale. In short, this is a beach holiday destination of note and, during peak season, a very popular part of the coast because of the easy access to the larger centres of Port Shepstone and Durban.

"We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms as well as all kitchen utensils, glasses etc. We had to wash everything again before we could use anything. Rooms were very spacious however the feel of cleanliness due to old duvet covers etc were disappointing. Seefrint allowed us to book in at 10 which was awesome.. but fir the future rather let us wait a bit and ensure the place is on standard. Walls and wall tiles etc showed the place has not been thoroughly cleaned in a wile. Suggestions: Door that can close for bottom bedroom and shed over braai area as you get stuck in the house when it rains."
