Sabella Private Retreat

Located 2.5 hours northeast of Gauteng, Sabella Private Retreat is a private lodge nestled on an elevated edge of the Springbok flats' basin, offering magnificent views of this natural wonder.

The lodge offers six self-contained private, standalone apartments aptly named after famous South African wines. Being able to accommodate up to 14 guests, it is ideal for family getaways, small safaris or corporate groups.

Each unit contains air-conditioning, a private lounge and dining room, a unique waterfall shower in the bathroom, satellite TV and a DVD player, Wi-Fi access and a personal butler. There is also a gourmet kitchen with a personal chef, a swimming pool and a private golf course.

The lodge forms part of a Wildlife Sanctuary with a vast variety of species such as sable, baboons, giraffes, zebra and many more. Wildlife can be viewed on scheduled daily game drives, walking or cycling safaris or from the privacy of your sleeping unit's patio.
