Boardwalk 10 is a spacious apartment located in the Boulevard Complex. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 11 people and the main Margate Beach is just a short walk away.

This spacious ground-floor apartment has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and an open-plan living space. There is a dining table and a breakfast nook where guests can relax and enjoy meals. Guests can also relax in the lounge area with a flat-screen TV and DStv connection. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and a stove with an undercounter oven. We provide all cutlery and crockery and the unit has a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. There is air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the lounge.

The main living area leads out through glass doors onto a covered patio with a small private garden. Guests can enjoy views of the swimming pool, beach and ocean. We provide parking in the basement for guests vehicles.
